We are a working ranch; & have started to finished working ranch horses.  We sort, cut, rope, hunt, show, pleasure & trail ride with our horses!  Our babies are imprinted at birth.  We keep mom & baby away from the herd until the baby is two weeks old.  They are then put back with the herd until weaning age & training begins!  As yearlings haltering & ground work continue but most of the time is spent in the pastures with other yearlings playing & developing muscle & herd skills.  As two year olds our colts are gelded & the riding begins!  We expose our colts to a variety of different situations.  This creates a calm horse eager to learn & please!
